May 2010 Income Report
I realize June is almost over, but I had so many things going on the beginning of the month. Between rolling out the new theme, posting a guest post, getting guest posts out to other blogs… and the list goes on.
I had already planned on getting May’s income report out late, and I still need to do a May blog post roundup, which will be published tomorrow. Things may seem a little screwy, but trust me, it’s all planned out.
Let’s get right into May’s earnings:
Income from ReplaceYourSalary.com
- ClickBank: $13.06
- Angela’s Backlinks: $18.75
- Paul’s Backlinks: $8
- Yarie: $32.87
- Google Adsense: $20.06
- SFI: $15.71
- Project Payday: $3 (commissions earned from promoting the program, not actually using it)
- AdFish – $21
- ResponsiveData – $12
- Homepage link – $150
Total = $294.45
Income from Internet Marketing Services
It’s been a pleasure to be able to work for a highly successful internet marketer. I’m able to learn from and apply the same strategies to my online business, all of which I’ve blogged about here at one time or another.
Total = $160
Income from Proofreading/Re-writing/Editing Services
As I said previously, I’ve gotten a decent amount of freelancing work last month. It’s great to be able to provide a high quality and much needed service, and it’s been an honor serving my clients. You can learn more by visiting the link below.
- Proofreading – $30
Total = $30
Income from Re-writing Service via David Hurley’s PLR Article Service Membership
It has been an honor to be able to partner with David, a good online friend of mine, and provide the re-writing portion of his article membership. To learn more about his PLR article service, visit the link above.
Total = $57.50
Total online income from all sources…
$541.95
P.S. Only 10 days left until the end of June’s Comment Contest!

I guess May was a pretty busy month for you
Though I’ve just noticed, I don’t see any google ads here? Well, I’ve just realized that freelancing some services is still a good way to amplify monthly income.
I was even thinking of disregarding that one. thanks for that reminder

@Jason @ Affiliate Marketing Forum,
Somewhat busy… more so with offline commitments. Google Adsense ads are on my home page. They appear in the left sidebar and generate all of the income I earn from Adsense each month.
I enjoy the services I provide, not so much for the money but for the fact that I get to help people. It’s rather rewarding.

Wow that’s pretty cool! I personally have not yet made any real income in my blog. Adsense, well, I just started and so far it’s up 96 cents. lol Woot!

@Mici @ Click On Portal,
Keep at it, and I’m sure your income will increase. I used to barely make anything from Adsense. As traffic increases, so does the income.

@Alan Mater, Yeah I’d really love to earn from Adsense mainly because it’s non-intrusive in my blog and it’s not blackhat. Would be awesome to see income increase in line with traffic.

Seems like you are making a decent income from this site. Well, good for you. In my case I’m only making money from Adsense and some paid links, product reviews and sponsored posts. Just a question though if it’s okay for you, your Homepage link earning is $150; can you tell us more about it?

@Cebu Tech Blogger@Windows 7 Crack,
Sure, Bert. Every now and then I get advertising requests from people wanting to place an ad on my site. The text link in question is an ad that will run on my site for a six month period. It was actually renewed as it ran 6 months before.

Ooooh, you have shared some innovative earning options, the PLR rewriting that you do is that open to anyone, or is that just between you and him. I have been thinking about getting into some freelancing myself, any sites you recommend especially?

@JR @ Internet Marketing,
The PLR membership is open to anyone… first 100 members only. There’s plenty of room for more members. The re-writing that I do is open to any of those members who want their articles to be unique.
I get most of my work from the Warrior Forum. I prefer forums over freelance sites as I can set my own rates, and I’ve just had better “luck” getting work this way.

@Alan Mater,
Ah, got it, went over and checked it out, but I really don’t need IM PLR, thats easy to write about, I need more techie stuff, cell phones, laptops, computers. But it looks like David has some great stuff.

Ahh, okay. Yeah, David does all IM stuff for people that don’t have the time or don’t want to take the time.
It’s all purely good stuff.

You are well on your way to making a sizeable monthly income. I’d be careful about selling links on your sites, especially if you are conducing business through a broking service that Google may have access to. Otherwise, just be sure to exercise some caution.

Caution noted. Advertisers come to me directly; no third-party or brokering services used to find them.
