Those forums have rules that you should follow, and one of them could be that placing links in your signature is not allowed. You should take note of those rules because it’s going to hurt your reputation if you get banned because of breaking the rules.

Actually, most forums do allow signatures, and creating them is very simple. Most of the time you’ll have a User Control Panel to access your account settings, and there will be a forum signature tab to click on. From there, it’s just a matter of following the directions.

It is so difficult to make forum signatures.

Most forum sites have no signature.
Only few have signatures and it’s even harder to create a signature on them.

Exactly. Although it doesn’t hurt to have plain links every now and then, anchor text links with your keywords will help move your site up in the search engines.

You are absolutely right. If you do not use keyword anchor text you are wasting a free anchor text backlink.

Yes, most definitely. Getting backlinks from forums is most effective if the forum is related to your blog. This also helps with getting direct traffic from the forum as well.

Forum signatures are a great way to get big traffic on our blog/site, if we are able to be active on the forum and give useful answers, people will like our answers and like our blog.

It is much better to join a forum which has a topic related to our blog.
