Finding The Right Legitimate Work From Home Job For You
In my previous post, Where Can You Find Legitimate Work From Home Jobs?, I talked about how to go about finding jobs, both online and offline. Jobs that you can do working from home.
This post is going to cover finding legitimate work from home jobs that are right for you. Jobs that you’re actually interested in and have a passion for. I wrote an article on the subject that provides some tips that should prove useful. Check it out here: Legitimate Work From Home Jobs – Finding the Right Job For You.
An online job, or work from home job, is a lot different than a normal 9-5 job. You’re your own boss, and you can set your own hours. It takes discipline and focus. Because of this, it’s imperative that you have an interest in a specific area. What are you passionate about? What do you have a burning desire for?
The answer to those questions will help in your overall decision on which job is right for you. Let’s face it… you don’t want a job that you hate, right? You might have one of them now, but when you’re working for yourself, you want to enjoy what you’re doing.
As I explained in my previous post, I enjoy what I do and have a passion for it. Finding a work from home job that you have a passion for will make all the difference.

Alan,
Passion precedes greatness, whether it’s with a work at home venture or any profession.
Successful people enjoy what they do for a living. This is what makes them successful.
Loving your job enables you to conquer the obstacles which others surrender to.
Too many chase dollars and neglect their passions. Find out what you have a passion for and everything will eventually fall into place for you.
Great post Alan.

Alan,
You are right working from home is NOT a 9 to 5 no where near that. You have to have so much discipline to make it from home. I think there are lots of people out there that want to do this but lack the focus and true passion to succeed in it.

@yveslanot@keys to wealth,
That and perhaps they think little to no work is required as you see so many programs and products touting that, even though it’s the furthest thing from the truth.

I absolutely agree that there has to be passion for what you are doing. If you are just looking for a way to avoid a 9-5 job, chances are, you’ll end up sabotaging yourself and fall into the trap of non-productivity. The great thing about following your passion, is that a 10 hour work day can feel like 2 hours.

I think a good idea is to speak with people who have started work from home initiatives so you can get some real feedback you can trust; there are too many scams out there today
