Around 6 months ago I was contacted and asked if I would be interested in promoting some offers through TBTrack.com. Before this, I had never heard of this CPA network before. After emailing the manager back and forth and getting more information, I decided to give it a try and see how well the offers would perform.

The offers were completely relevant to the site, so all I had to do was get the links up in a prominent location on the site and wait for clicks to come in.

If you’re not familiar with what CPA networks are, I recommend taking a look at an older post I wrote about making money with CPA networks.

After a few months of promoting the TBTrack.com offers, I made a little bit of money. Not much, but it was a start. Then, I made a little more. You may have noticed this income stream popping up here and there on my income reports.

I didn’t make much, but I was getting leads, as I do with the many other offers I promote via CPA networks. The next step was to test link location and different offers that were available.

However…

Just recently I received an email from one of the managers at TBTrack with some very interesting news. Here’s what the email had to say:

Alan,

It has come to our attention that you’re creating fraudulent leads to
earn money using your TB Track account. This is something that we
absolutely do not tolerate. From this point on, your TB Track account no
longer exists, and you will receive no payout.

Needless to say, this really got under my skin. I wasn’t concerned about not receiving any payout, as I didn’t make much at all. What really bothered me the most was being accused of creating “fraudulent leads”. Not only that, but they never provided any proof to back up these allegations, nor offered any type of warning beforehand.

Now, if you know me even just a little, you’ll know that I would never willingly create fraudulent leads for any reason. That’s just not the way I am. Heck, I wouldn’t even know how to go about doing such a thing, anyway!

Even though I was fuming and reading to unload, I kept my cool and responded to the email in a professional manner. Not to my surprise, I have yet to receive a response, and they have not provided any evidence to back up their claims.

Sound familiar? Sounds like similar happenings going on over at Google and them terminating people’s Adsense account for fraudulent clicks, so they claim.

Here’s the funny thing. I have an Adsense account, and have been actively using Adsense for over 6 years. My account is still in good standing because I follow the rules. If I was someone who was creating fraudulent leads for a barely-known CPA network, wouldn’t you think I would have done the same with Adsense, trying to make money off of fraudulent clicks? Maybe not, but I can’t help but throw the question out there. My point is, it just doesn’t make sense.

My goal here is to warn you with the possibility that this could happen to you and make you aware that TBTrack.com is a CPA network (by invitation only, I believe). Just like Google and their Adsense program, TB Track apparently can and will shut down your account for reasons they will not explain and divulge in detail.

I’m not saying you should avoid TB Track altogether, but if you do decide to give them a try, be warned you may want to use an additional income stream in case they decide to terminate your account without notice, just as they did with me.

With that said, I am involved with other CPA networks and have been in good standing with them for years (take note, TB Track). I highly recommend getting into this arena if you’re looking to make some extra income from your site.

I will be providing a full list of CPA sites that I deal with directly in an upcoming post, so stay tuned for that.

If you have any questions about CPA in general, or any thoughts or concerns about TBTrack.com and what happened to me, do share in the comment section below.

And, if you do use TB Track and have found success promoting their offers, I really, REALLY want to hear from you and any advice you have for others wanting to get started using them.

You gulp down a cup of high-octane coffee, hop in the ol’ Pinto and head off for another day at a job you despise working for a boss who “hears voices.” Not good. Great. Is this how you imagined it would be? Working from paycheck to paycheck. Trying to keep your outgo from exceeding your income? Is this how you pictured your life? Nobody does, but here we all are every morning in that moving parking lot called the downtown expressway.

So, why don’t you do something about it? Simple fact: if you desire something you’ve never had, you have to do something you’ve never done. Multi-Level Marketing (MLM) sometimes called network marketing, MLM has been around a long time and it’s made a lot of people a lot of cash. Those pink Caddies Mary Kaye gives out don’t come cheap. In a nutshell, MLM involves selling a product or service directly to clients while, simultaneously, building a sales force of your own through recruitment. The more prospects, the higher the payout.

And when your recruits bring on other prospects, your team grows and so do your returns. Amway, now called Quixtar, is one of the best known MLM companies, but there are hundreds of others – all providing hard-working folks the opportunity to:

  • add additional income to the cookie jar each month
  • transition out of a dead-end job
  • earn from home, ideal for stay-at-home parents
  • earn walking around money for campus expenses in school
  • name your own hours
  • build equity in a business that delivers residual income

However, MLM ain’t all tea and crumpets. These entrepreneurs usually recruit family, co-workers, neighbors, friends and acquaintances – sometimes to the point of obnoxiousness. Stop bugging your brother-in-law. He doesn’t want to sell and recruit and build a successful business. Leave the poor guy alone. Lead generation is a loathsome part of any sales job. Cold calls, rejections, hang-ups and “she’ll get back to you.” It’s the worst part of any sales job. But what if you had prospects delivered to your email inbox each day. Yeah, warm leads ready for initial contact. What if you could sign on with an MLM lead generation marketing network? Sweet.

Increase Your Margins and Earnings with Low-Cost MLM Leads. There are plenty of people lining up to join the right MLM program. Especially in this, ummm, choppy economy in which job security flew out the window when gramps retired. What’s your Plan B? Well, regardless of which network marketing program you opt for, you’ll juice up your margins and pocket more income the less time you spend behind a desk tracking down another lead. General rule of thumb in the sales biz – have at least 10 prospects in the pipeline at all times. Well, using a lead generation system, quality MLM leads are delivered on a silver platter.

So, instead of wasting time on lead generation for your MLM business, you’re doing what you should be doing. Growing your business. What You Need Is Automation. The successful salesperson has turned to automation for lead generation, boosting productivity across the board. Employing web-based tools like a call capture service, outsourcers and, yes, qualified lead generation software increases your efficiency and simplifies the qualification process.

Straight up. If you have the entrepreneurial drive to take control of your life and kiss that office tyrant bye-bye for good, get automated and get to work designing a brighter future for you and your family. It’s not easy. It’s not get rich quick. But it does put you in control, perhaps for the first time in your life.

Income generating alternatives to the ‘nine-to-five job’ are becoming increasingly important in our unstable globalized economy. Many people have successfully diversified their incomes through network marketing.

Why Network Marketing?

Many members of the local community have found that a secure job or career is a thing of the past.

The career and financial uncertainties arising from corporate downsizing has coined terms such as McJob and permatemp. A McJob is a low-paying, low-prestige position requiring few skills and offering little opportunity for advancement. Permatemps are temporary workers who are expected to do the same work as permanent employees but without the benefits or prospect of career advancement.

Network marketing offers individuals an alternative to job insecurity.

Entrepreneurs looking for financial freedom and a better way of life have turned to network marketing. There are many reasons why network marketing offers a viable alternative to working in the corporate world.

First, a direct marketing business can be developed in your spare time while you continue working. Often wives build successful network marketing organizations while their husbands continue to work in the corporate world. Over time, the network marketing business grows large enough to support the whole family. In the meantime, it offers an additional income stream and decreases the risks associated with corporate downsizing.

Second, most direct marketing businesses require little start-up capital. For many organizations, this is less than $300. Starting your own business or buying a franchise can cost hundreds of thousands of dollars. (And there’s no guarantee that the business will generate sufficient income to repay the money borrowed). If you’re looking for a company to get started with for less than $30 a month, check out SFI.

Third, direct marketing generates an ongoing stream of residual income. This is especially true for organizations marketing a product that gets used up and needs to be purchased regularly.

Residual Income is the Key to Financial Freedom.

Residual income (also called passive income) is one of the greatest benefits offered by network marketing . This is why Robert Kiyosaki, best-selling author of Rich Dad, Poor Dad and many other publications, highly recommends network marketing in his books.

Kiyosaki writes about ways to develop residual income streams. They include:

  • networking marketing
  • royalties from patents and copyrighted works
  • sales commissions in some industries, e.g. insurance
  • rental income from property investment
  • dividends from shares

With the exception of network marketing, most of these methods require large amounts of capital, time, or both to generate long-term results.

With a small investment and dedication, network marketing has helped many families take control of their financial destinies by generating a residual income. They have found a solution to corporate downsizing in the form of network marketing.

More importantly, residual income from network marketing can lay the foundation for your future wealth and financial freedom.
Besides the financial benefits, people have found one of the greatest benefits of network marketing is that it can be operated as a home-based business.
