Having to choose a location for your business can catch you by surprise. Many entrepreneurs are so caught up in creating business itself, defining mission, passions and goals. All in all, the physical look of your company depends heavily on what you are offering and furthermore aim at a specific demographic you are trying to appease.

Demographic and Traffic

It’s crucial to consider what sort of customer your business is trying to cater to and decide your location based on that. It might sound wrong; however, class, race, and sex are all specific factors that big and responsible companies gather, compile and create merciless statistical factoids that clearly define the “end user”.
