Aside from the usual perks you receive when you become an Ezine Articles Expert Author, I wasn’t aware that they actually mail you some goodies as well. Pretty nice of them actually. You can see the cool coaster on the left, and I’ll post pictures of the mug below.

Inside the mug was a packet of gourmet coffee, which I’ll never use. If you want it, leave a comment or email me with your address and I’ll ship it to you free of charge. I only have one, though, so be quick about it.

It’s nice to get perks like this, [...] Continue Reading…

Don’t forget about the comment contest.
What are 3-Way Links?
If you’re not familiar with 3-way link exchanges, they’re basically where three different sites all link to each other in a way where it creates a link wheel.

For example:

Site A links to Site B, site B links to site C, and site C links to site A. So, what you have is something that looks like the picture to the left. Notice that B doesn’t link back to A, C doesn’t link back B, and A doesn’t link back to C.

This eliminates what is generally called reciprocal linking, a common and [...] Continue Reading…

June is underway, and I’m excited to announce the first ever comment contest on this blog.

It’s been a long time coming, and I believe it’s time to start rewarding my faithful readers who take the time to comment and leave their feedback on my posts. Of course, I hope to bring in new readers as well and keep them coming back. :)

I know the economy has seen better days, but it’s very counter-productive if you just sit around and wait for things to get better. It’s important to take action to better your circumstances because they’re not going to get better on their own.
Here’s something that will truly change your life for the better (I hope), no matter what circumstance you may be in right now, but you have to take action.

A good friend of mine, Shannon Jaklic, is holding a teleseminar that will teach you how him [...] Continue Reading…

If you’ve been following along this past week, you’ll know that I had to pay $450 to Getty Images for a copyright infringement. I explain everything in full detail in this post, so check it out and leave your comments.

Dennis Edell was very kind to donate to my cause. He has been a great friend and a true example of paying it forward. That’s what community is all about, and I feel blessed to have the online friends that I do. I suggest you check out his blog as he’s got some great stuff going on over there.

If you’ve [...] Continue Reading…

April turned out to be a pretty good month. I received an increase in proofreading and re-writing work, which I was very happy about. Those are two things I thoroughly enjoy doing, apart from running this website and earning passive income from multiple sources.

Let’s get right into it…

Income from ReplaceYourSalary.com

ClickBank: $107.77
PayDotCom – $56.34
HostGator – $50
Angela’s Backlinks: $11.25
Paul’s Backlinks: $8
Yarie: $23.39
Google Adsense: $21.11
SFI: $16.23
Project Payday: $3 (commissions earned from promoting the program, not actually using it)
AdFish – $4.20

Total = $301.29

Income from Internet Marketing Services

It’s been a pleasure to be able to work for a highly successful internet marketer. I’m able [...] Continue Reading…

Well, it’s been one heck of a week so far, and that’s putting it very lightly.

It all started last night when I received an envelope in the mail. Now, the funny thing (at that moment, anyway) was that the envelope was addressed to the Legal Department of ReplaceYourSalary.com. What I thought was humorous about that is that this little ‘ole operation is ran by myself. You know, a one-man team.

I don’t have a Legal Department of some kind. I don’t even have a lawyer. Why should I? It’s not like I’ll ever get into any legal problems, right?

Oh wait, [...] Continue Reading…

I’ve been talking a lot lately about Guest Blogging, providing both perspectives on the issue; from the guest blogger perspective, with The “Holy Grail” of Guest Blogging Tips, and from the blog owner perspective, with 5 Things to Consider Before Publishing a Guest Post on Your Blog.

Now, I’ve been thinking of a way to wrap up this series, and I think I found the perfect solution, or rather, it found me.

After my first guest blogging post, I was contacted by Ann Smarty of SEOSmarty.com. Ann wanted to invite me to her new project, MyBlogGuest.com, which is a forum-based website [...] Continue Reading…

In my recent post about Guest Blogging Tips, I had mentioned that getting a guest post on a high authority blog can bring you massive exposure because the blog owner is essentially endorsing you, your blog, your business, etc. This is true, whether that blog owner realizes it or not.

I didn’t touch on this subject in that post, but I wanted to expand on that more and bring up some strong points and tips that blog owners should be aware of. Thanks to Dennis Edell for bringing up the subject in his comment on that post. :)

Now, say you [...] Continue Reading…

May is here, and I particularly like this month. Maybe because my Birthday is right around the corner? Perhaps… ;) .

In any case, April has come and gone. It seems like with the passing of April that Spring as come and gone as well. The beginning of May has been a scorcher, and temperatures are still hitting in the low 80′s. Yes, Summer is very early this year for my area.

I can’t complain, though, as the weather has been beautiful. I digress.

If you’ve been following along here then great. If not, then you really should subscribe to my RSS feed. [...] Continue Reading…
