You could also try hosting your sites on
several different servers with different
IP addresses.

It should work in theory.

There are also blog networks that
you experiment with for back links.

this is a valuable information. So using 3 way link exchange we can increase PR of web site to a good extent? You have mention here that 3-way link exchange is an attempt to disguise reciprocal link exchange.. But suppose if web mater has only one web site to optimize it is not possible to got with 3 way link exchange right?

I thinks 3-way exchanges would do very well if done in moderation. If there’s is too much Google might detect and slap your site some penalty.

Supposedly they already have, but I don’t know for sure. I haven’t done much 3-way linking, but from what I have done, I haven’t seen any sort of penalty yet.

I have heard a lot about The 3 way link exchange. It seems like it can work well. Im just always concerned about Google being able to figure stuff like this out. I have no idea how they would but that is why they get paid the big dollars.

So far it is safer, but who knows when Google will find out about this method and start penalizing us for it.
